A Property Owners insurance policy is built around a core of standard covers, these include:

• Buildings - Cover against accidental damage - full cost of repair or rebuilding. The option to include subsidence cover is also available.
• Contents - Protection for contents including machinery & plant, trade furniture, fixtures & fittings against accidental loss or damage.
• Business Interruption - Protects you against financial loss due to disruption of rental payments following a claim.
• Glass - Breakage of glass and sanitary fittings
• Liability - Covers your legal liability to employees or members of the general public.

We also have access to a number of schemes for bedsits, student properties and unoccupied properties awaiting sale or properties used as holiday homes (UK & Europe). The cover for these types of properties can sometimes be restricted, this will always be mentioned at the quotation stage & a specimen policy is available on request.
